Since its inception in 2009, BLOGIX has undergone various upgrades to cater for the dynamic requirements of our clients. BLOGIX is currently in the process of developing a multi-lingual mobile app for our users and building managers. This will allow for more inclusivity for our residents, clients and managers alike – through this comprehensive notification system.

A part of our quality assurance will also involve the ability of BLOGIX communication protocols by testing the system from a client’s perspective and ensuring all important information is readily available and easy to comprehend.

An electronic logbook for contractors onsite, limiting the potential of any hand to hand transmission of infections
Electronic WH&S and supplier management including inductions, risk management and corrective action plans.
A Virtual Concierge element which allows owners and residents to receive notifications when any parcel is received through the Blogix mobile app.
